Oriental dance has very ancient origins, it was born as a ritual dance, practiced in ancient Egypt to symbolize the fertility of women. It is a dance that is based on the knowledge of the whole body and on the activity of all the muscles that move it, it is based on a perfect awareness of the link between mind and body and generates psychological conditions in those who practice it that positively affect the organism, so much so that it can be used as a real therapy for some physical ailments. Oriental dance combines a deep and innate feeling with the ability to express the subtleties of music through a great technique; learning this art means taking care of your body, an instrument of expression and a living and main part of our life, improving our level of physical perception, coordination and body alignment.
